UE700 Earphones Review

UE700 EarphonesThe UE700 Earphones. The updated model features a brand new box adorned with Logitech, a more protective cardboard box for storage, and a combination of foam and silicone tips. What has not changed, though, is double the UE700 pilot project led to two speakers in each earpiece - a focal point for high-frequency and intermediate level, and another that offers flying, low natural. The result is a headset that lets you play the bass and sparkling notes of your music with a smooth three-dimensional sound stage that controls nearly listen to your music library, note by note. If it is not already clear, the last ear headphones $ 700 150 worth of listening, if you're a listener of music that requires his brilliant affordable.

Design and features
The UE700 headphones are smaller than most, purposefully slim for comfort and style at only 11.6 grams per earbud. The wire lacks the heavy remote control that normally adds weight to smartphone-friendly headphones, making them comfortable to wear for long periods of time, to the point where they become unnoticeable through a full day of work. The tiny earbud housing also allows you to easily push them farther into your ear canal, which is important for creating a proper noise-isolating seal.

The reflective silver earbud housing is complemented by a smoky red hook with a small circular ridge that secures the ear tips into place, and Ultimate Ears offers both silicone and foam ear cushions by Comply, a company highly regarded by the audiophile community for its softly padded material and universal fits.

The Ultimate Ears 700 headphones come with five sizes of the silicone cushions and only two variations of the foam version for comparison. Choosing between silicone or foam tips is ultimately a personal decision, but it's usually easier to create a seal with the foam by compressing it prior to insertion. We should also note that foam is more susceptible to dirt and grime, so you may find a more hygienic solution in the silicone. Logitech also includes a protective hard shell case that has ample room for the headphones and all the ear tips to go with you.

We feel shortchanged by the lack of a remote control and microphone on the 46-inch long cord, and it's a surprising oversight by Logitech given the number of users who listen to music on Android and iOS smartphones. Since neither of those devices has a tactile button that lets you change tracks manually, the omission of an in-line remote may dissuade potential owners of these earbuds looking for hands-free music navigation.

Performance Music lovers shopping for a headphone to highlight the instrumental nuances of their collection will appreciate the Ultimate Ears 700's balanced dual-armature drivers that combine two separate speakers into each earbud. This design effectively creates a wider frequency of sound, giving your ears access to more aural detail and brings out the natural bass and treble characters of your music.

The passive crossover network built into the design routes each sound to the driver best fitting of its flavor and is essentially the same technology used for premium in-ear monitors. Audiophiles will prefer the natural element of sound they provide over alternative buds that intentionally overpower the low-end to appease the younger, head-bobbing market, but that doesn't mean the Ultimate Ears 700's can't reproduce the same booming bass notes.

You'll still hear the same punchy emphasis, but the 700 headphones allow each instrument and vocal track to shine individually with more distinctive color and clarity, faithful to the original audio mix. You may react critically at first to the smooth sheen of the Ultimate Ears if you're used to the low-end impact of assisted headphones like the Monster Turbine Pro In-ear Speakers, but we're sure you'll grow to appreciate the greater headroom and wider frequency response that this set offers in comparison.

Summary

Logitech has reduced the price of UE700 to $ 150 when it acquired the company a few years ago, making these headphones some of the most convenient two earphones on the market today. You'll notice a big difference in sound if you upgrade from stock headphones that came with your music player, and as long as you do not mind the lack of a remote control cable on the UE700 earphones won 't disappoint.

Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5vi Headphones Review

Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5vi Headphones Recently Logitech, Ultimate Ears has a long history of production in ear monitors (iems). It has become customary Super.Fi 5vi iems in the market, a viable solution for mobile phones like the iPhone. The Super.Fi 5vi in line with a microphone and call button to answer calls on the music.

Iems These are very elegant. Hook left (black) is a different color from the right side (red), and therefore the need to squint a little markers L and R. The exterior of the listener is Ultimate Ears as "liquid silver" - a brilliant, mirror-style plastic. With the original iPhone is luck - the 5vi Super.Fi 3.5 mm plug fits the recessed iPhone headphone unit and the cable is long enough to be convenient, but not so long to get out in a tangled mess.

This is the noise isolating headphones, Ultimate Ears includes a number of pieces of rubber in various sizes and shapes to give the best sealing and to ensure maximum comfort. Small, medium and large tips are wrapped in rubber, and there are two types of foam tips. The foam tips are the best for noise reduction, but not as aesthetics and comfort to his colleagues, as rubber. It also includes a cleaning tool and a small plastic box, but the headphones are not removable filter iems like many others on the market.

The headphones are very comfortable, if you want to fit. Note that these headphones feel deep in your ear canal and can be uncomfortable if they are not with them. Despite a long period of listening in the review, we have no complaints about comfort.

The sound quality is, as expected, excellent. Mid-range sound is a little 'too much and under is not as strong as the other iems we examined, but the sound is very detailed in general. As always with iems with a good seal, the best bass player. Altos are mild and the economy are relatively neutral. High Tone instruments are clear and sound days, even if they are not comparable with a good pair of headphones over the head, ideal for iems.

One calls when connected to a mobile phone, a microphone, call handling in line and a button to answer and reject calls. Interestingly, these are separated and the button call handling is a bit 'low on the cable for our ideas. When you receive a call, the music and the tone DiMS plays through the headphones. A simple press of the button call. The button can also be used for music playback - simply press the button once to play or pause the current track, twice to advance to the next track, and a triple click to go to the previous track. The call quality through the microphone is excellent and the call handling button is comfortable and easy to press.

Ultimate Ears MetroFi 170 Headphones Review

Ultimate Ears MetroFi 170 Logitech when he purchased the venerable manufacturer of headphones, Ultimate Ears, which asks whether the European Union the top of the platform audio engineering team to remain in force. Logitech has assured us that the same team behind the Ultimate Ears MetroFi 170 ($ 49.99 list), which is the first since the acquisition. And we think: This game does not disappoint. The headphones offer a frequency response with low power and excellent support, all for an affordable price. Things seem a little 'too severe in the medium and high frequencies, but for $ 50, the couple is still impressive enough to earn our Editors' Choice earphones.

It budget is also important to note that there are 59, $ 99 for the iPhone The MetroFi 170vi with a microphone in line and answer a call button.Weighing of 0.44 ounces, MetroFi, the 170 remains in its place with the kit comes with three sizes of silicon ear tips. (A pitch adjustment with a seal, it is important for achieving an adequate response to low frequency and to maintain the stereo image.) In my test, the headphones never slipped out of my ears or loss and the closure of all - has never felt uncomfortable, even during extended listening sessions. In the box you will find a small window pop open the plastic wrap if MetroFi 170, 46-inch cord. A shirt clip would be a good complement, especially since the headphones have a small problem with the shock cord (which makes the sound when it hits the wire against his chest or touching). Not a big problem when you are sitting or standing still, but is rather 'disturbing, if you want to use this pair, especially in the conduct of the race, where the cable hitting his head several times in the chest. Our acoustic frequency response tests show that, although its lower price, the 170 is a MetroFi similar but less nuanced, frequency response curve than the Ultimate Ears' premium bid, the EU usually 11 Pro ($ 1150 list). In fact, it seems a little 'low-frequency response, which is surprising given the EU included in the Pro 11 subwoofer. Even so, there is no comparison between the quality of these two couples. MetroFi But the 170 is capable of driving under the intense end of these objectives. The couple is distorted in the sub-100-Hz range in the high-volume, which is impressive for $ 50 pair of headphones. Our test of linear frequency response, which compares the curve of the left ear to right ear, with a difference: Why is the adaptation of the course, some differences, probably due to drivers, obviously, does not adapt. However, the budget for a helmet, carrying a little 'better than expected in this regard.

In songs with deep, resonant bass, as Thom Yorke of "Cymbal Rush", the depth 170 transmits MetroFi analog drum hits and is capable of resonance for the larger volume. Although some 'distortion is minimal. (Do not listen to his music so much, anyway.) One of the more subtle clues, such as Bernard Herrmann Vertigo Suite of loud sounds and the orchestra, though sometimes a little 'heavy on the lower half - the range. From time to time, especially in rock music, with distorted guitars, the MetroFi 170 may seem a little 'hard. However, only $ 10 more convenient for our preferred low-end headphones, Radius' Atomic Bass earphones ($ 39.99 list), the most refined MetroFi offers 170 low-end response and a better overall sound signature.

Ultimate Ears MetroFi 170 is a good option if you want to improve your MP3 player headphones, and you will notice an improvement in sound quality without paying a fortune. The couple of small flaws and a few hard blows lead in certain frequency ranges are exceeded by their strong performance and excellent acoustics. If you can afford, to $ 99.99 Shure SE115 is more balanced, but it offers a serious response. In addition, 170, big brother, the MetroFi 220 ($ 79.99 list), offers a response very similar, with a weight, with deep bass.

Ultimate Ears UE4 Pro Headphones Review

ultimate ears ue 4 pro As for the headphones, this year is a huge contradiction. The economy is in the bathroom, however, are bombarded by a new product after another. Well, here is another new product, but that is more familiar with the status of our time - the last type of ear response to the decline of our portfolio. Reading.

Until today I have heard the reference-(iems) Ultimate Ears UE-10 Pro and Pro UE11. (N. ounotre leaders Custom IEM responsibility as head derWEston-Fi honor, but I have not heard from them every inch.) For the audiophile, the strongest reference rate - more neutral and balanced - the UE-10 Pro (against 11). The message is 11, the most exciting of the two (but still very transparent, but not neutral). Once I had the UE11 Pro - sounds very exciting and fun, with special emphasis on low - but I hear all my EU10 dejta favor.

ultimate ears ue 4 pro

Ensuite, has Sennheiser HD800 - neutransductores one of theCentvon any kind that I have ever heard - I had the opportunity for some time. With the HD800, my tastes began to move further back in the neutrality and transparency, and the UE-10 Pro 11 back on the shelf. For those of you who have not heard, the UE-10 Pro is very enlightening, very neutral custom IEM. RATING other arts, the EU-10 remains a neutral Prodei my references, and in terms of resolution, there is nothing inuniversal definition of mundo hoder heard it comes from.

If there is a problem with the recommendation of the EU-10 in UE11 Pro or Pro, it is certainly not in terms of performance, but with the price. They are expensive. The UE-10 Pro is $ 900th The UE11 Pro is $ 1150th Add $ 50 to $ 100 to pay for impressions of the ear, and we are talking big simoleons.

In the end, Orejas mi'Ho asked some time ago, if I would be interested in the evaluation of new custom in-ear monitorsgates, of course I said yes. The process is very simple - have heard my views on this subject already, and this would have two different versions of what the EU Pro-4 (units of units A and B). The only other thing I was told that it was the EU-4 is cheaper than my reference 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. (which, if the European Union and custom, the combinatatura is quite easy to find).

The first attempt was to drive Bassier A. Unit A is neutral, but nottoo transparent. E 'state, as well as I can be pleasant. Not quite in contrast to the UE11 and depression, in terms of bass, but without the transparency of the UE11. In other words, message and smooth. Still sounded good and played even better than most of my universal iems I have in hand - but not classeésíbula drops of 10 and 11 My first conclusion? This is probably the most affordable price for custom units. I piaciuta a unit  per day - and that is because the next day was the number of units B.

A glance through the tank unit B has been shown as a unit, one of the two drivers in the model (although it is clear that there are different drivers B, only the size of the pilots in the city). I thought it was a altroSapore Unit B, but is not prepared to be completely different. And it is totally different.

The prototype was just a big step in the EU-4 B before his unit. The effect was small and deep, but the most neutral. TLE elsewhere in the audible range is also much more, and the high is better than the extension of the units with a good margin, too. The EU-4-B prototype of reminds me of the UE-10 Pro! Transparent, neutral, and very resolved.

Evaluation of the system of complete beta version and has pushed for as I knew that the rest of the beta-team for most of the music, it is with a certain undmphaticalness is a Kampagne for the release from B to A is, I believe that most (if not all) of the beta version of the evaluation team agrees with me, and then the production of the EU-4 Pro Adou knew today that the EU-4 Beta Prototype B.

Of course, with the UE-10 Pro, Deva, I made a comparison between the two. The UE-10 Pro has a sound something "bigger, free breathing a high average and slightly more than the extension. For most drivers are(plus a driver on jedemjeder page), I can imagine that the UE-10 Pro probably greater magnitude, so that had something to do with someone who has unmuy, very strong, but I introduced lick for me, because the EU-4 Pro is much more than me! can tolerate listening. Yes, the UE-10 Pro is better, but the EU-4 Pro is a long way from him, and less than $ 501

How the European Union has shown in the table with something that works as an EU4 only $ 399? Well, for one, have you (read: removed) almost all the available options for the rest of their models. N colors - as above, with a logo on each piece. N Design templates - justeEvidemment with a logo on each piece. (And the value of the European Union, among others, to know that, which is probably one of his most popular custom IEM logo in all EU countries. The employer told me that they are not included in the price). The cable only in color, köYou can with the EU-4 Pro is, yes, you guessed, of course. In addition, there are a number of advantages, with the EU-4 Pro, so do not go to the famous Box Custom Roadies EU - it deest. In general laenvase is simpler and less expensive (but has the advantage that there is more respect dell'ambientemento).

I will say more about the latest EU-4 Pro, but as the title of my son, for me, a poor man in the UE-10 Pro-sound, how it is done, the EU has the experience and qualitythe polarity of the connection and can be purchased for only $ 399 (excluding the cost of printing the ear), is remarkable. EU-4 Pro hold to be heard at the end of little economic incentive capita Fi'ers and interpreters - the first for the EU IEM class at affordable prices. Simply, I have not heard a better IEM for the price.
